facts:

I filed for Social Security over 7 years ago, four years ago I hired an attorney for the Appeals Process.  I have finally received an appeals date and my file and documentation to support my case was lost and now he wants me to do the appeal without knowing the legalities of my case.  Have extensive medical records to support my case but if not able to located them I will not have a case at all.  He moved out of town without even notifying me as to where his where about was and then again lost my information.  I had to do some in depth research to even be able to locate his where a bouts.  His excuse was that my file went to Portland and then was sent to Eugene and now my appeal is suppose to be in front of a Seattle Judge.  Again I would like to re-iterate that he does not have my medical records to support my case.  I am currently homeless and without income and unable to work because of my disease.  I am desperate for someone to please assist me with this matter.  Could you please give me some input as to what I should do.  Thank you for your time and consideration with regard to my complaint.
