John Tyner represents my children in a civil matter in court. He is to work with
my
children and I, for the best interest of parenting time with my ex husband. John
ask my
daughters to come to court to testify in court and when the judge ask why the
girls were
there, John did not state that he had asked them to be present. John has talked
with my
Biological father that has no big impact in the case on numerous occasions about
the
matter of my children with out speaking to me at all. I am the Sole custodian
with my
children custody. I watch John have a great bond with my father in court and
many times he
objective questions I had asked as if he was his attorney. I feel this was a
conflict of
interest and that he has a bonded and have great relationship with my father. He
did not
say anything my children had wanted the court to know about. I think he plotting
and
breaking client and lawyer confidentiality. I confronted him on Oct 8,2007. I
had asked
John if this was true that !
he had been talking to my father about personal matters about my children and me
and then
stated very quickly are you accusing me, I reply no I am just asking. Then I
went to court
and he knew way too much private things about me. That I knew only my father
could know.
I thought this court appointed lawyer was here for my children. He never
contacted
children, as a lawyer should. I feel his personal feeling are now involve.
And that he
has not did his duty as a lawyer.
