Not only did this attorney Richard Sly lose my first appeal application for SSD, but he failed to file
my appeal with the Appeals Council.  Richard Sly had asked for a 45 day extension without consulting me, and was denied.

Richard Sly told me he had too much of a case load.

So I was left only with my rebuttal (with no input at all from my attorney Richard Sly) of the Social Security Judge's decision, which was ignored by the Appeals Council, who denied my Appeal.

Richard Sly also had no idea about my case, refused to discuss it with me after the Social Security Judge hearing in downtown Portland at ODAR.
