How in the world, can you people let  Attorney Merrill Schneider and staff get away with 
practicing Law in the State Of Oregon. I'm down right appalled at the attitude that the 
Bar takes at his lies and his misrepresentation.

Myself I'm going to school to became a Paralegal and this is alarming, because how in the 
hell I can I find work with this going on .

Mr Schneider's office is currently handling my case for S.S.I. I was told by Social 
Security that I did not have any open file with them, so I called and spoke with Michele 
and told her what Social Security Administration told me. Half an hour later she called 
me back and said I do have a Hearing pending in Eugene. So I called Social Security back 
and they said yes I do in Portland, and Michelle said it was in Eugene. To me that is 
horse crap, I cannot believe anything that come's out the Schneider Law Office anymore.

I'm currently looking for another Attorney.

Mr. Schneider Office lied to me to on 2 different occasion's, and then his office got 
nasty on the phone and hung up on me. Not only is this a problem, but I do not understand 
why is this person's  allowed to  practice law in the State of Oregon, when they have 
ongoing complaint's filed against them, I'm appalled. The buck's stop's here (at the Oregon State Bar) do something 
about it.
