Richard F. McGinty let me down.

He took my case and assured me that I had every chance of winning it. He took my case for SSD. For that type of case, it is suppose to take about 25 months for a resolution.

My case went on for 4 years. The thing that annoyed me the most is that Richard McGinty didn’t pursue the WHY, *as to why my case was going on so long. As a lawyer he should know it doesn’t take that long and made inquires. (*even after several request to check it out.)

I had to take matters into my own hands and find that resolution. After I made those inquiries, Richard McGinty dropped me like a hot potatoe. I don’t feel as though he tried hard enough for me.

I was also supposed to receive an examination from Voc Rehab. I never got that. Richard McGinty should have also seen about that. Ultimately I got a denial on my case.

I believe that everything was not taken into account and that Richard McGinty should have caught these things so they did not happen. As a result I got to wait four years for a resolution.

I also did a lot of work on my own to receive that resolution. I have suffered undue frustration in regards to this case.

I wanted to see what can be done about (Richard McGinty).
