facts:

MY lawyer failed to tell me that he was going on vacation and that he would be gone and out of the country on my court date march the 16,2009 I live in the state of Idaho and had to travel a seven hour trip one way, plus time off from work, a rental car, food and gas, and hotel plus arrange for child care of my children. I am a single mother of 5  children and its not easy . My point is my lawyer  refuses to communicate with me and does not return phone calls and when i did talk to him last week he did not mention to me about being out of town on my court date , he did ask me what my court date was as he couldn't remember ,There for the judge gives me another time to appear in court in less than a month and I am afraid the same thing will happen again. I feel that i am being taken advantage of because it is a court appointed attorney and that i should just be happy with what I get because I am a single mother and probably don't know my rights.
