facts:

The attorney has overbilled me for hours with out invoices or billing to show time and
expense.  Claimed in the initial consult  to get the job done for $2,000.00 but then charges
double with still outstanding bills possible.  Unknown if he is going to request more
money or his lack of errors he has caused to correct them. 

Wrote up a Stipulation of Orders with out first letting me read it over to correct any
errors and faxed it to the opposing counsel with the incorrect documentation. This
documentation would be in favor of the opposing counsel but claims he did not want to
change it because the opposing counsel might get mad when it was his error in the first
place.  Lack of listening to our needs and promises that he can not full fill.  Appears
to be working for the opposing counsel vs. his clients.
