This attorney is practicing VERY SHADY practices.  First of all he garnished wages from my bank account on an unsecured debt that was over the statute of limitations.

When I asked for proof regarding this debt, he was RUDE and wouldn't talk to me.

I then went to the courthouse to dispute this with them and the St Helens courthouse told me they couldn't find anything on file.  The person who I was talking to didn't have good information and needless to say, I missed the court date.

After I realized that the money had been taken out of my bank account, I called him again for burden of proof.  This guy is a complete ass and will not provide any information.
