Put a lien on my SOCIAL SECURITY check and will not answer  my calls to tell him it is my niece a co-signer on my account that  he cant take an elderly persons Soc. Sec. check and retirement for a debt by my niece, even thought her Social security # is on my account for emergencies only, She would be able to maintain for me....No money is hers just mine & she is out of state and knows she has the bill that is unpaid.......
