I divorced my former spous in 2000. Terrance McCauley represented him during these proceedings. Terrance convienced my middle son, who was 16 at the time , not a biological child of my second husband to state that I had molested him. In 2003 Terrance McCauley again with my former spouse filed fictious filings stating that I had kept my ex-spouse, who has custody of our son, from seeing his our son, or sending our son to school. Once this proceeding went to court, I was found in compliance with the judges findings but since he had filed in 2003 and we didn't get to court until 2005, I had lost precious time with my child. My former spouse has kept my son from seeing me, kept all information from me regaurding our sons health, grades, which are beyond failing. I took my exhusband to court in April to get the judge to send a message to my ex that I should be allowed my parenting time. Mr McCauley, screamed at the top of his lungs that I was a psycho-path, that I needed t!
o be put away and that i was just using the system to benefit myself. He got onto his soap box saying nothing good at all about me, even stating that I won't even give my son a birthday present, Christmas present, etc. The Judge firmly told Terrance McCauley and my former husband to follow the decree and I could start picking my son up that saturday morning. Since April I have only seen my son twice and was suppose to get him for summer vacation, however, on the advice from Terrance McCauley my former spouse took our son out of state on a "vacation." I only make $500.00 per month and my child support is $345.00 per month. Terrance McCauley told the judge I was a "dead beat" mother.
