Back in August of 2008, I was told by James C. Loy, Attorney At  Law, that he could help me with my tenant/landlord case.  He came out to my house, telling me that our conversation would cost me $50.00.  Upon his departure, he told me he would look over my case and get back to me after having done some research. He cashed my check the following day.   I have called him on numerous occasions to see if he was going to take my case, and he either didn't answer his telephone, or made false promises to get back to me by a certain date but didn't follow through.  To this date,  I have not heard from him.  I feel that he is making false promises to people, charging them $50.00, and then not following through with his promises.  I would at least like  to get my $50.00 back as I feel he had no intentions of taking  my case in the first place.
