I did not know the law and or half of what he was saying with his fancy words and legal terms .he knew this and at the venerable point I was in he exploited my weakness . I had a case which was hands down beatable but Leonard J Kovac Jr worked for his own interests and helped the d.a force my hand in taking a plea deal that was nothing but lies and he knew that all along . my rights were violated in every way there could be and even helped modify the d.a.'s plea deal with me by after having my signature change the terms of the agreement. the day of the sentencing as the bailiff lead me from the court room i looked to view my family in tears only to witness Leonard J Kovac Jr hug and kiss the d.a. on the cheek . i spent the next five years with serial murders and freaks fighting to survive and wondering how many others clients like me Leonard J Kovac Jr betrayed and helped send to prison .the man told me that documents i were signing were nothing and down played there importance the whole while he was having me sign blank waivers and documents that took away my rights to an appeal he betrayed my trust in him and threw me to the wolfs for a quick paycheck from the court . Leonard J Kovac Jr is liar, backshooter and he even claimed to be a judge if thats true i'll bet good money mr. has commited a great many sins against many other people . i don't go around his office because i would be tempted to confront him and with i witnessed from him by his actions he would no doubt call his best friend the d.a. and violate my rights again by hearsay and look to have me jailed unrighteously. he is not a good person . it's likely one day he'll run for president just like all the others of course .the very best thing to do is to pull this mans license to protect the rights of other people that will fall under hard times much like i did there is no faith in the justice system because of judges, lawyers , and d.a's that are of the same ilk as Leonard J Kovac Jr and I KNOW THERE IN CUMBENT AS WE SPEAK IN CLACKMAS COUNTY . if you should deal with him I advise you to offer him a tic tac because for all of his fancy suits and self important posturing he neglects oral hygiene .
