The District Attorney's Office in Josephine county could care less about my daughter's
case. She was sexually abused by her father last Labor Day and we will not see this mess
go to trial until NOVEMBER. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! Meanwhile, my daughter's father is
free on bail and owes $3000 in child support and NO ONE CARES. My daughter is entitled to see this resolved and I think dragging this out as long as it has been dragged out is
unacceptable. There is a videotaped confession and my daughter is a strong witness-what
more will it take to get this settled?
