I have been found guilty because of many perjuries of Dan R. Hyatt.  While I listened to his testimony I lost count at about ten perjuries of Dan R. Hyatt.  I trusted that my attorney would bring these to your attention but my attorney failed to do so contrary to my instructions to him.

Now I note and desire that you take judicial notice that the Oregon State Bar has begun an investigation into just one perjury charge against Dan R. Hyatt.  I am drafting a complaint to the Oregon State Bar proving upwards of 30 instances of perjury of Dan R. Hyatt.

I therefore, request a new trial based on this new evidence.
