Dear Sirs,

I treated a patient injured in a motor vehicle collision in 2008.  The attorney representing my patient was David J Hollander.  After settling he released funds on 03/12/09.  We received a check on 03/13/09.  However, we returned that check because we disputed the amount.  Discussion with Mr. Hollander went no where, so we agreed to accept the amount on the check.

Since the first of April I have called him three times.  He assured me "the check would be right out".  To this date he has not done so.  He has the funds to pay my bill and I do not know the reasoning for his reluctance.
