facts:

Mr. Hogan was hired to draw up a trust for my mother. She became very ill and on the advice of her MD my sister, who had POA andPOA Healthcare at the time, filed for temporary guardianship. My mother had 2 MMSE which she scored very low the day before transfer to a RCF. On day of transfer he was found standing over her bed. She was confused, disoriented, blind, frail. She was on medication for hallucinations and anxiety. Had a 4 mo history of hallucinations. Did not even know me or my sister when we arrived. The next day he went to the RCF and had her sign papers stated she did not want a guardian. At the time she wasn't even oriented or aware of where she was. Was unable to do anything for herself . He exerted undo influence on her to change her Trust, represented both my older sister and my mom, without my mom's knowledge, giving my older sister POA, Trustee. My older sister had not seen my mother for 4 years and told me on the phone that "Walt and I have been working on !

this for the last 20 mos." This was breaking client attorney confidentiality, conflict of interest. He even sent me a letter stating I was not to accuse him of "conflict of interest". He made the changes and had my mother sign papers, she never initiated anything. She had no way to contact him to request anything. He went to the RCF 2-3 times a week. The Trust had just been amended one month prior to this. He is now the Successor Trustee and also representing my older sister who is the Trustee or first Successor Trustee.) Since my older sister has no contact with me or my sister, all communication is done by him. He was initially hired to draw up a Trust and then got involved with guardianship, them changes in the Trust that had just been amended, them became a Successor Trustee of the Trust and represents the Trustee my older sister). Is this a little to over-involved and conflicted?  I know these actions were done at the request of my older sister without my mother's knowledge. They waited until she almost died, was cognitively compromised,
