I had a public Defender by the name of Bart Herron as an attorney. He told me to plead guilty to  a charge of Harassment that happened in 2007.  He told me that if I did this the charge would be turned into a violation A. He said it would look like a traffic Ticket.  Well, he was WRONG!!  A great deal of harm has come to me because of this.  My employer did a Background check on me and fired me because of the Background Check. I am a Demonstrator with Nichols and Associates. Bart Herron never told me that I would have to have this expunged from my record. He did not do anything about this at all. He is a bad Lawyer and should be disbarred for this.
