Asked for more money  (right before going to court) because of being assign P.D. by court.
Told 20 y.o. daughter to take plea and get probation.

She is sentenced to Coffee Creek for 3 years, her first offence, criminal score of "0", (now after 6 months, she's still not in any programs), She does not do drugs.

Her 3 year old son is shattered as well as her is. 

This was a great child and a great mother.  Her sentence is cutting off her hand, here.

This lawyer did more then just fumble in court, he was totally representing the D. A. and
he's own welfare and agenda.

She would have never pleaded had he informed he properly. 

He did not fight for her, but simple stepped aside and let the wolfs have her.
Opening statement was a huge "sigh" and "Well".
