RE: Madeleine Gordon Case # 080991444 On February 13, 2009, Attorney Jane Ellis lied in her affidavit to Multnomah County Probate Court. She claimed that my mother was in Multnomah County, in grave danger, and in need of an emergency temporary guardian. She claimed that Attorney Gary Hill told her that I was going to sell my mother's house. This is false.

She knew,{as did the court}, that Madeleine Gordon was recovering from ankle surgery under her doctor's care at an insurance-covered facility in Vancouver. The court waived my mother's right to attorney representation both before the hearing and after objections were filed.

Because of Ms. Ellis's fraudulent filing, my mother has incurred close to 20,000 dollars in attorney fees , and still counting: she will be forced onto state aid as a result of this corrupt action. There is much more, but I am limiting my complaint to this grievance for now. Thank You, Ruth E. Fox
