Hello from Dan Bernath.

I think it is borderline dishonest of you when you keep referring to that

political cartoon with the KKK member and Dan Hyatt's direct quote.  If you

are going to mention that insightful political cartoon (something the

Oregonian does every day-run a political cartoon to make an editorial point)

then you should write that Michelle Bonderant said that in an Oregon State

Bar complaint and also under oath said it in court yesterday.  Mrs.

Bondurant (soon to be a widow) quoted Hyatt directly under oath in court

yesterday, "Dan Hyatt called me white trash because I was married to a black

man.  Dan Hyatt said that he had trouble with interracial marriages."  "Dan

Hyatt held 8 hearings and did not find my husband disabled." "I complained

about his racial prejudice" "another judge was assigned and with one hearing

found my husband disabled."  "My husband is dying (within the next six

months" "the doctor told me 'prepare you children because your husband is

going to die.'"

Doesn't this show that the KKK Cartoon was quite correct.
