Ms. Burrows has used intimidation to fulfill her clients requests for the last 5 months
using empty threats to contact the Real Estate Commissioner on myself Ryan Belshee (a
licensed Realtor acting as an individual investor with written acknowledgment to that
effect) Ms. Burrows repeatedly instructed Ms. Abrams to blackmail Ryan Belshee resorting
in Emily receiving $2,500 from myself in breach of a notarized agreement signed on 4/28/07
that specifically barred Ms. Abrams to receiving funds on her property located at 4556 SW
164th Place in Beaverton until the sale was closed.
On the latest occasion (8/17/07) Ms. Burrows said that she will "make my life
miserable" "call the Real Estate Attorney" and "sue me" along
with many other threatening actions should I not submit to her client / employee, Emily
Abrams, demands which would legally go against a notarized agreement between Ms. Abrams
and myself dated 6/15/2007 and another one between Mr & Ms Abrams dated 4/28/2007. Ms.
Burrows states that Emily can re-occupy the home after transferring title to me, signing
several notarized documents (including the deed) stating she gave up possession, title and
received just compensation. These actions and all the others that have occurred over the
many months that I have had with her have been erratic, and dangerous. She does not think
rationally and continually goes against legal agreements and statements that she has
previously made.
It is my humble opinion that to allow Ms. Burrows to continue practicing law in Oregon is
a threat to our society as her ethics not only with myself but with others I know have
been shady at best.
