Your website has given me a feeling of validation in what I have
been dealing with in the injustice by ALJ Dan R. Hyatt. I
applied for SSI in 2001, and I'm still fighting for it in 2012
with, what seems, no end in site. I have had to deal with his
snide comments, off the record, of course. I have been dealing
with years in my case going back and forth from the main office
in Church Falls, VA as they keep stating Hyatt has not
thoroughly looked into evidence presented. The Virginia office
has sent my case back to him several times.
He threw out my doctor's testimony. He sent me to doctors who
were against my claim, he denied me, it was sent to Church
Falls, sent back to Hyatt, I was then sent to the same doctors,
they in turn agreed with my doctors, he continued to deny me,
and the cycle continues to this day.
I honestly don't know what to do. My lawyer says to let the
system do it's thing, but I cannot trust it. I have Senator
Merkley's office currently inquiring about my case. Dan R. Hyatt
must be removed from the bench. After my journey is over in
this, I will be writing to the Attorney General of the Social
Security Administration. I am not sure whether or not wait to
write about my experience while my case is ongoing.
Thank you for keeping an eye on Dan R. Hyatt. He needs to be
exposed. I hope he can be stopped. He has put too many people,
including myself, through hell in feeding his ego. Take care.

liar, telling the truth is very awkward and
uncomfortable while lying feels right. Compulsive lying
is usually thought to develop in early childhood, due to
