Regarding Attorney Fees:

I was charged up to $100.00 for medical copies by my attorney even though I am the one who went and made copies, picked them up and hand delivered them to David Lowry. (David Lowry said that if I personally went and got the copies, I wouldn’t be charged.)

On three separate occasions, I went to court my three witnesses each time by request of David Lowry. Each person lost three days of work, and only one time was a witness asked to speak to the Judge.

I feel this could have been taken care of in the first appearance and not subjecting my witness to lose time and money taking up the courts time.

At my last court date, David Lowry told me that I could have to go through all that again. I broke down there in the hall and had to be attended to by the office staff because of the emotional stress.
