Now I am turning you in to the Bar Association. As of now, Judge Montano is helping me on my behalf to close you down.

David Lowry, I will not be taken for a ride by you. You give the proof on invoices that you did work before I gave you any money.

David Lowry, you have to show me proof that you did work on my case.

David Lowry, I am not scared of you. I hate you and I will stop you.

David Lowry, you have to mail me proof and the $25 copy fee.

Well, you hired someone to copy for you, you didn’t ask for copies. I will only pay invoices from Home Street and St. Vincent’s only.

I am sorry for being late on sending paperwork to you. My lawyer David Lowry hasn’t helped out or got paperwork for our case. My wife and I have been doing all of the leg work for the case and David Lowry will not help out. David Lowry won’t work with my doctors or therapist. My wife and I have done all of his work and we have been making appointments with people I need to see.

When my therapist called David Lowry to see if he wanted a letter from her, David Lowry refused her help. My therapist is willing to help out, so my wife and I have asked her to send you a letter. David Lowry has refused to talk to various people and has downgraded my ability. When we saw David Lowry, I was very scared of him because he was harsh. David Lowry gave me no concern that he wanted to help me.

David Lowry is not looking at my best interest in this case and he told my wife that there was no way in hell that I would win the case. My wife and I talked and made it our goal that we do everything in our power to get you all the papers that you need to make a good judgment on my case. I have many people who care to help me out, I know that you have several reports. We have tried so hard to get you everything to help you.

Here is my complaint on David Lowry.

My wife contacted David Lowry’s office around the last week of April and David Lowry’s office gave us a date to come to the office.

When we got to David Lowry’s office, we were handed paperwork to fill out and sign. I didn’t see David Lowry at this time. I told the office attendant that I wouldn’t sign any paperwork until I saw and spoke to David Lowry. She said that if I didn’t complete the paperwork, I wouldn’t be able to see David Lowry at all. I felt like a gun was to my head, forcing me to sign papers.

I am deaf so David Lowry rushed me in to his office to sign papers for him to be my lawyer. Then David Lowry told my wife that he needed a doctor’s letter and an evaluation by the end of May. We only had two weeks to fill his request.

Our court date was June 3^rd or the 4^th. David Lowry cancelled that date because it was inconvenient because he personally had no preparation time.

We scheduled another court date on July 16^th. My wife and I went to work on my case even more.

Sally, my therapist wanted to help so she called David Lowry’s office and talked to him. Sally asked David Lowry if she could write a letter on my behalf. David Lowry told her no and was rude to her.

Sally told my wife and I, and we asked Sally to write a letter for us. My wife and I talked and realized that we were doing all the work For David Lowry, while he was out to ruin me from getting Social Security Disability Benefits.

Sally’s letter was faxed to Judge Montano in the Social Security office downtown.

On June 24^th, my wife and I had an appointment with David Lowry in his office. David started to downgrade me. I felt small and hurt. I was afraid of David Lowry. David Lowry told my wife that there was no way in hell that I would win this case. David Lowry was mean and rude to us. David Lowry didn’t care at all about my case as long as he was mentally abusing me. I told my therapist Sally that I was afraid of David Lowry. David Lowry treated me like a waste of time.

On July 15^th, when I saw Sally, she was afraid of David Lowry because she said that he would hurt me if he could. Sally was so afraid for my safety that she was trying for a week to get ahold of Judge Montano to tell them her feelings about David Lowry.

The morning of July 16^th, we took the bus down to Portland and were going to meet David at the Pioneer Court House Square in the restaurant area. David Lowry did not show up for our appointment. My wife and I waited 25 minutes after David Lowry suggested we meet and he did not show up.

We walked to the Social Security Hearing and Appeals office and checked in. My wife and I saw that my name had been crossed off. The guard went to get Judge Montano’s secretary who told us that the date had been canceled due to the Disability’s doctor not showing up at the office.

David Lowry was told of this cancellation three days in advance and we never got a call or letter from him at all. We gave our concerns to Judge Montano’s secretary and the Judge’s Bailiff listened also. We told the secretary what hell David Lowry had put us through, plus that we had to do all the work. The secretary told us that David Lowry plays games with the Social Security office. It wasn’t the first time David Lowry has for us. The secretary and Judge Montano are helping my wife with this case.

David Lowry has mentally abused me, sexually discriminated against me, downgraded me in my ability as a person. Please help me stop David Lowry before he hurts anyone else.

When we were homeless, we let David Lowry know the homeless shelter’s phone number. Also, two weeks before the hearing, we moved in with a friend. We let David Lowry’s office know the new phone number where he could reach us.

Now June’s hearing was cancelled by David Lowry but when my wife and I met with David Lowry, he told us that we demand that we have our hearing by the end of June in order to get an evaluation. However, we made several calls to his office and said that it couldn’t be done. David Lowry said that it would be fine and not to worry. David Lowry then set an appointment with us at Pioneer Court House Square. We came to the appointment but David Lowry did not show. We then went to the hearing office and found out that David Lowry had cancelled the hearing. The Judge’s secretary said that David knew five days in advance about the cancellation. David Lowry lied to us and played games. My wife and I made every effort to David Lowry know where we were.
